Edge Group was asked by William Adams to prepare procedures/checklists for use by Field Service Technicians and Field Service Coordinators. This was primarily around the process of plant from William Adams prior to it being hired to operate on customer sites and before it being repaired/maintained (by Field Service Technicians) off-site. William Adams’ processes around Hazardous Material Exposure in terms of its Plant and Facilities were also reviewed and edited where warranted. Edge also prepared an on-line content presentation and assessment for Field Service Technicians around potential exposures to hazardous materials when working on plant and machinery on customer sites and William Adams facilities. This was in preparation of face-to-face delivery of such training content at William Adams facilities to its Field Service Technicians, which occurred at two of its facilities in Victoria.
