Eric Edera

Eric has over 25 years' experience in the construction industry. He is a dedicated asbestos/hazmat auditor paying particular attention to building construction and reinstatement after the removal of asbestos.

Since joining Edge Group, Eric has been involved in a range of environmental and health and safety projects in capacites ranging from technician to consultant.  Highly motivated, passionate, hardworking, trustworthy and having a good commerical sense are just some of the working characteristics that Eric possesses. Maintaining communication and developing positive working relationships with clients throughout the audit/remediation process. Currently involved in small to large projects around Australia for national companies in both telecommunications and fuel retailing. His role is to conduct non-intrusive and intrusive audits throughout the capital cities and regional, remote and outback Australia. Specialising in the preparation and ongoing maintenenace of asbestos registers for companies and government agencies so they remain compliant with state and national legislation.  He has overseen remediation works (soil, friable/non friable 'A' class removalist work and air monitoring for the issue of clearance certificates for government and private clients.

Projects have included intrusive audits for the decommissioned Hazelwood Power Station, non-intrusive audits for a national telecommunications company, a national petroleum company (retail and depot), local, state and national government agencies, property management company and not for profit organisations.
